Birds Nest at Jumano Park
Jumano Park is for nature lovers. As we were hiking through Jumano park one morning, a cardinal took off from this tree so we took a closer look at the tree suspecting a bird nest and sure enough, she had a nest full of eggs. We took a couple of snapshots and quickly left so the cardinal could return safely. It was a rewarding experience to spot this nest in Jumano.

I spotted 2 coyotes this morning (6/30/09). Be careful, as one would not back off, even when I threw racks at it. I had 2 medium sized dogs with me. I have never seen coyotes this aggressive. It advanced on me, and I had to advance on it and hit close with a stone before it retreated.
